How we work

Most flooring problems start below the surface. A springy board, a dip in the screed or a dusty concrete slab will show through any covering you put on top of it, so we always look at the subfloor before we talk about colours and prices.

After that it is straightforward. We measure the rooms, set out a written quote that includes uplift, disposal and trims, and book a date. On the day we protect the route in, fit the floor, and take everything we brought with us back out again.

We work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, builders and commercial clients right across Shropshire — from a single bedroom carpet in Shrewsbury to safety flooring fitted overnight in a working kitchen in Telford.

What you can expect

Honest advice about what will suit the room and the traffic it takes, materials from suppliers we trust, and a finish we are happy to put our name to. If a floor is not fit to cover, we will say so before you spend money on the covering.
